| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the Wilson Southern Middle School Additions and Renovations project in Reading, PA. The project consists of selective demolition of the existing building and new construction of additions. For a full scope of work please see the complete project documents.
Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on June 12th, at 2:00PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of the day on June 11th.
- RFIs need to be received 7 days prior to bid date if you want them to be addressed.
- This project will begin approximately July 21st of 2025 with a substantial completion date of October 8th 2027 and final completion of December 10th 2027.
- This is a Phased project. Please see the phasing plan and bid accordingly with proper mobilizations.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- The project involves 11 alternates and 17 unit prices. Please review spec section 012200 and 012300 and provide pricing on all that apply to your scope. Please do not include any allowances in your bid.
- No substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufactures listed in the specification only.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
