LL WORK: Review Tenant White Box plans & Photos - This shows the work that has already been completed by the LL. The LL will be installing an ADA restroom, LED Lights, & drop ceiling throughout the space.
BUILD-OUT WORK: New finishes, carpentry, install provided millwork, supply and install counter tops & kitchenette/cabinets in breakroom, new wood doors, electrical, LOW VOLTAGE SUPPLIED & INSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR (See separate sheet for LV requirements)
FLOORING: Contractor must fill out purchase order form (uploaded) & submit to person listed on form for pricing on flooring.
