eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the new Green Valley Fire Station 25 in Monrovia, MD.
Additional Bid Info:
- Prevailing wages do not apply.
- Please have your bids to us no later than 10AM Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
- RFI Deadline is 10 days prior to the bid date.
- Anticipated Notice to Proceed: November 2025
- Anticipated Completion: October 2026
- No substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufactures listed in the specification only.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
