| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the Kriner Hall Renovation at Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA. The project consists of selective interior demolition of the existing building and associated renovations to turn the dining hall into offices and educational spaces. Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on July 16th, at 1:00PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of the day on July 15th.
- RFIs must be submitted by July 2nd at noon on PennBid in oreder to have them addressed via addendum.
- This is a Multi-Prime Contract- GC, MC, PC, & EC.
- This project will begin approximately August 18th, 2025 with a 240 day duration for final completion on April 15th, 2026.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- The project involves 3 BASE BIDS. Please review spec section 011000 - Summary, to determine changes to your work.
- Substituitions are not permitted. Please only bid with specified materials.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
