| Scope |
The work consists of constructing a new 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building with offices to be located in Lac Du Flambeau, WI. The building structure will be a premanufactured steel building with a wood framed office area. Energy efficient plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems will be installed. A new water main will be installed to bring water to the site as well as a POWTS system.
