| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the Building 0-48 Fort Indiantown Gap project in Annville, PA. The project consists of selective demolition of the existing building and renovations of the USPFO facility. For a full scope of work please see the complete project documents.
Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on July 17th, at 2:00PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of the day on July 16th.
- RFIs need to be received 7 days prior to bid date if you want them to be addressed.
- This project will begin approximately October of 2025 with a project duration of 120 days.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- No substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufactures listed in the specification only.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
