| Scope |
Construction of a new turn key truck wash facility which will be added to the existing at Columbia Solid Waste Administrative Buiding. Work to include, at a minimum, clearing, excavation of soil, grading, subgrade preparation, pavement, drainage features, pre-engineered metal building, foundation and structural system, mechanical and plumbing systems, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and truck wash system construction, interior and exterior finishings and all associated work.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 30, 2025 at 10:00a. The pre-bid conference will take place at the Solid Waste Administration Building, 5700 Peabody Rd, Columbia MO 65202.
