| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the new Maintenance Garage for Silver Springs Township. It is a 4,800SF new Pre Engineered Building with a mezzinine. The general scope of work will consist of foundations/slabs, cmu foundations and walls, finishes, PEMB, and associated site work. Please see the documents for a complete scope of work.

- Prevailing wages apply.
- Please have your bids to us no later than end of the day 8-14-2025 at 10am, our bids are due to the owner on 8-15-2025 at 10am.
- Please have RFIs in 7 days prior for submission.
- 120Calendar day duration.
- No substitutions please bid with specified products.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
