In order to encourage minority and women business enterprise subcontractors to participate in the bidding process, CCI will consider the following option/actions if required and requested in the proposal: assistance in obtaining bonding or insurance; coordinating joint pay agreements; assisting in obtaining the same unit pricing for supplies as is available to the contractor; coordinating bi-weekly pay agreements. Subcontractors can bid work for this project in any areas that they are qualified.
