| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking sub-contractors and suppliers for the Millersville University Sports Complex Improvements project. This project entails renovating approximately 11,000 SF of the stadium locker rooms and complex. See full set of project documents for your complete scope of work.
- Our bids are due to the owner on August 26th, 2025, at 2:00PM. Please have bids to us no later than end of day, August 25th, 2025.
- Anticipated notice to procced to be issued within 120 days of the bid opening. (After conclusion of the football season.)
- Anticipated construction start date is December 1st, 2025.
- Anticipated final completion is June 30th, 2026.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages apply, please bid accordingly.
- RFI cut off is Monday, August 18th, at 2:00 PM.
- No substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufactures listed in the specification only.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
