| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking sub contractors and suppliers for the renovation and improvements to the Gettysburg Area School District Team Room. The work generally involves the construction of a new team-room building consisting of two locker rooms and a training room totaling approximately 3,150 square feet. Site work to include excavation, utility relocation / installation, wall construction and paving and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
- Bids are due on August 26th at 1 pm. Please submit bids to eciConstruction no later than end of day on August 25th.
- Anticipated start of project is November of 2025.
- Project duration is 210 days.
- Multi prime - GC, MC, PC, EC
- Prevailing wages apply
- Substitutions are to be approved prior to bid and submitted 10 days prior to bid date. If you wish to bid with products not listed in the specs, you must fill out and submit the substitution form bound in Project Manual, Section 002601.
- (4) Alternates: See section 012300, please provide pricing for all that apply to your scope.
- RFI's must be submitted 7 days prior to bid date.
