eci Construction is seeking bids for the New 40,308 Sf Commonwealth Charter Academy School.The Project consists of concrete,masonry, steel joists and metal deck, exterior metal wall panels, EPDM roofing, aluminum windows, storefront and curtain wall systems, casework and interior finishes. Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on October 2nd, 2025 at 2:00PM AM. Please have your bids to us no later than October 1st, 2025 at 2PM.
- RFIs need to be received 7 days prior to bid date if you want them to be addressed.
- 425 Calendar Day Duration to Substantial Completion.
- Notice To Proceed TBD.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- There are 2 unit prices. Please review 012200 and provide all that apply with your bid.
- There is 1 Alternate. Please review 012300 and provide all that apply with your bid.
- Substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufactures specified or an "equal" approved product.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
