Scope
Cheever Construction Company will be bidding as a Prime Contractor, and will be accepting proposals for the UNL Nebraska Hall Datacenter Renovation.  Your firm is invited to submit an offer for your scope of work, to Cheever Construction prior to the above bid time and date. 
Project consists of demolition of existing walls, floors, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure and installation of new for the fit out of a new server area. Installation of owner purchased equipment to be included in the project and coordinated with owner.Identification of Contract(s) to be Awarded: Single Prime Contract covering the work of all trades.

Other Info This bid includes 

ALTERNATE NO. 1 ADD: Include all work and material associated with completion of Phase II work as 
outlined in contract drawings.
