| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking sub contractors and suppliers for the addition and renovations to the York Township Elementary School. The work involves the construction of a new addition roughly 13,000 SF, providing classrooms, offices, cafeteria, and storage. The renovations will be both the first and second floor of the existing elementary school.
- Bids are due on September 23 at 11 am. Please submit bids to eciConstruction no later than end of day on September 22.
- Anticipated start of project is March 1st 2026.
- Project duration is 792 days.
- Projected date completion is May 1st 2028
- Multi prime - GC, MC, PC, EC
- This is a phased project consisting of 3 main phases with some overlapping subphases.
- Prevailing wages apply
- Substitutions are to be approved prior to bid and submitted 10 days prior to bid date. If you wish to bid with products not listed in the specs, you must fill out and submit the substitution form found in Product Requirements, Section 016000.
- (22) Unit Prices: See section 012200, please provide pricing for all that apply to your scope.
- (7) Alternates: See section 012300, please provide pricing for all that apply to your scope.
