| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the Northeastern York High School Main Office Renovations project in Manchester, PA. The project consists of selective interior demolition of the existing main office and support areas and construction of new interior finishes for a complete reconfiguration. This is phase one of a much larger full high school renovation project that will be bidding in early 2026. For a full scope of work please see the complete project documents.
Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on September 30th, at 1:00PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of the day on Septemeber 29th.
- RFIs must be submitted by September 22nd at 4PM on PennBid. Please review your scope of work in time to request clarification.
- This is a Multi-Prime Contract- GC, MC, PC, & EC.
- This project will begin approximately October 27th, 2025.
- Substatial completion is set for April 30th, 2026. (Plus 30 days for punch list.)
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- The project involves 3 Alternates. Please review spec section 012100 - Alternates, to determine changes to your work.
- There are 4 Unit Prices that require allowances. Please review spec section 012200 and price products associated with your scope of work.
- Substituitions are not permitted. Please only bid with specified materials.
- This owner is VERY strict on security. If your crews cannot pass required background checks, please DO NOT SUBMIT A BID.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
