Project scheduled to begin in December 1st, 2025 and completed in March 2027.
DESCRIPTION: A new 50,325 sf Publix Grocery Store with an inline 3,200 sf Liquor Store and detached 7,000 sqft of Retail Shops on 50 acre site with outparcels including demolition, sitework, site utilities & storm, paving, striping & signage, landscaping, irrigation, concrete, rebar, brick pavers, masonry, pre-cast, steel, steel erection, misc. metals, stairs & handrailing, stainless steel, millwork, rough carpentry & wood blocking, finished carpentry, roofing, gutters & downspouts, flashing & sheet metal, canopies & awnings, window treatments, caulking, water proofing, fluid applied membrane, EIFS/stucco, doors frames & hardware, overhead doors, storefront & windows, automatic doors, service/teller windows, wood doors, automatic traffic doors, drywall, acrovyn wall protection, acoustical ceilings, painting, vct & rubber base, carpet, ceramic tile, terrazzo flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fire sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm, security alarm, communications, and chainlink fencing & gates.
