| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking sub contractors and suppliers for the new construction of the Gettysburg Welcome Center where an existing building was recently demolished and removed. Construction consists of load bearing metal studs with TJI wood joists, wood trusses and concrete on slab. Materials include brick masonry, aluminum wood windows, pvc trims, shingle roofing, interior finishes and casework.
- Bids are due on October 7th at 2 pm. Please submit bids to eciConstruction no later than end of day on October 6th.
- Notice to proceed is November 3rd, 2025
- Project duration is 180 days.
- Multi prime - GC, MC, PC, EC
- Prevailing wages apply
- Substitutions will not be considered pre-bid.

- RFI's must be submitted 7 days prior to bid date.
