| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the new Cumberland Shared Ride Facility in Carlisle, PA. The project consists of three individual buildings for admin, bus storage, and a bus wash building. For a full scope of work please see the complete project documents. (3) Addendums have already been issued. Please review for changes to your scope of work.
Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on Monday November 3rd, at 2:00PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of the day on Friday, October 31st.
- RFIs must be submitted by October 14th at 4PM on PennBid. Please review your scope of work in time to request clarification.
- This is a Multi-Prime Contract- GC, MC, PC, & EC.
- This project will begin approximately December 8th, 2025.
- Substantial completion is set for February 4th, 2027. (Plus 60 days for punch list.)
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitutions are not permitted. Please only bid with specified materials.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
