| Scope |
The project consists of Renovations and Additions to the Muhlenberg High School. Work includes but is not limited to construction of a two-story classroom addition; misc. renovations to existing program areas including the media center, commons, alternative school region of the High School; corridor upgrades including finishes, classroom upgrades including finishes and renovations to the natatorium and pool systems. - Our bids are due to the owner on 11/04/2025 at 1:30pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 11/03/2025 at 1:30pm.

- NTP on or about November 13th.
- Start Work 1st week of December.
- Summer 2026 renovations shall be substantially completed by 14 August 2026.
- Natatorium renovations shall be substantially completed by 23 October 2026.
- New classroom wing shall be substantially completed by 30 April 2027.
- Summer 2027 renovations shall be substantially completed by 13 August 2027.
- Full and Final Completion by 17 September 2027
- There are 6 Unit Cost Allowances Please review (012100) and provide all that apply with your bid.
- There are 6 Unit Prices. Please review (012200) and provide all that apply with your bid.
- There are 17 Alternates. Please review (012300) and provide all that apply with your bid.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitution Request will be considered if submitted 7days prior to the bid date, please follow the substitution procedures and provide the substitution form and any requested information in sections 002600, and 012500. Substitutions will be approved in addendum, if your product is not listed or approved do not bid.
- All RFI questions must be submitted 7days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can get clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
