| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the new Harrisburg Parks Maintenace building in Harrisburg, PA. The project consists of demolition of existing slabs and foundations, contrcution of a maintence building with offices attached to it, a storage building, and concrete storage area.
Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on Wednesday November 5th, at 2:00PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of the day on Tuesday, November 4th.
- There isa site walkthrough October 23rd at 11 AM.
- RFIs must be submitted by October 24th at 4PM on PennBid. Please review your scope of work in time to request clarification.
- This is a Multi-Prime Contract- GC, MC, PC, & EC.
- This project will begin approximately December 8th, 2025.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitutions are not permitted. Please only bid with specified materials.
- There are 2 allowances for the project. Please refer to spec section 012100.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
