Pre-Bid Meeting. A pre-bid inspection meeting will be held on November 6th, 2025 at 10:00 AM
CT. Address: Gamble Hall, West Entrance, 293 Centennial Drive, Grand Forks, ND 58202. The
Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended for this project. All Contractors,
delivery persons, and vendors parking on campus are required to either: obtain a University of
North Dakota parking permit; park in the visitor pay lot; utilize the pay-as-you-go option.
