| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking sub-contractors and suppliers for the renovations to the Robert G. Reid Elementary School. This project consists of renovations and upgrades to the existing Elementary School. Renovations include relocation and replacement of existing casework, creation of two-individual use toilet rooms serving classrooms, two full-size classrooms into small group areas, replacement of equipment, and interior and exterior painting, as well as various interior finish upgrades for both base-bid and alternate-bid scope of work.
- A prebid meeting will be held at Robert G. Reid Elementary School, 201 Oberlin Rd., Middletown, PA 17057 on 11/18/25 at 4PM.
- Bids are due on December 9th at 3 PM. Please submit bids to eciConstruction no later than end of day on December 8th.
- Total Project Duration: 190 Calendar Days
- Phase 1: 151 Calendar Days (Anticipated January 15, 2026 - June 14, 2026)
- Phase 2: 59 Calendar Days (Anticipated June 15, 2026 - August 13, 2026)
- Multi prime - GC, HVAC, PC, & EC
- Prevailing wages apply
- No substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufacturers specified or an "equal" product.
- Substitution requests submitted more than 60 days after Notice to Proceed must be accompanied by a credit proposal.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required material increases in your bid.
- (9) Alternates: See section 012300, please provide pricing for all that apply to your scope.
- (4) Unit Prices: See section 012200, please provide pricing for all that apply to your scope.
- RFI's need to be received 7 days prior to bid date if you want them to be addressed.
