Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: • Install all new cabinets match existing construction, material, finish and configuration. • Reinstall all (E) cabinet hardware (pulls and knobs). • Reinstall (E) counter and integral sink. • Replace damaged plywood countertop backing. • Install new oven and hood in the same location. • Install new Paper Towel Dispenser in the same location. • Install new Soap Dispenser in the same location. • Replace damaged trim baseboard in Lounge, right outside the Kitchenette, with new. Match existing profile and material and paint. • Full repaint (walls, ceilings, and trim). • Keep (E) floor tile, backsplash tile, outlets, switches, and fridge.
