| Scope |
The project consists of of selective demolition within the existing gymnasium, weight room and locker rooms of the Waynesboro Area Middle School and renovations of these spaces to include a new layout, handicap accessibility upgrades, new finishes, athletic equipment, spectator bleachers limited sitework. - Our bids are due to the owner on 1/08/2026 at 2:00pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 1/07/2026
- Pre-Bid 12/18/2025 at 3:30pm if you want to view the site.
- NTP to be given well before start date.
- Start June 1, 2026 and Substantially completed December 23, 2026
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitution Request will NOT be considered. Architect will consider requests for substitutions if received within 60 days AFTER Notice to Proceed. Requests received more than 60 days after Notice to Proceed may be considered or rejected at the sole discretion of Architect, if your product is not listed or approved do not bid.
- All RFI questions must be submitted 7days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can get clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
