| Scope |
The project consists of construction of minor additions and comprehensive renovations to Fritz Elementary School. Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new loading dock, a new 2 classroom addition, and misc. renovations to the entire school. Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on 2/3/2026 at 1:00pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 1/30/2026 at 12:00pm.
- Pre-bid conference will be held 1/15/2026 at 1:00pm
- NTP TBD
- Substantially completed by February 01, 2027.
- Full and final completion shall be by March 01, 2027.
- There are 9 Unit Prices. Please review (012200) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- There is 1 Alternate. Please review (012300) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Food Service, Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitution Request will be considered if submitted 7days prior to the bid date, please follow the substitution procedures and provide the substitution form and any requested information in sections 002600, and 012500. Substitutions will be approved in addendum, if your product is not listed or approved do not bid.
- All RFI questions must be submitted 7days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can get clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
