| Scope |
The Project consists of selective demolition within portions of two different district
elementary schools for the purpose of making handicap accessible upgrades. Both buildings will be renovated to provide handicap accessible toilets. For a full scope of work please see the complete set of project documents.

- Our bids are due to the owner on 2/3/2026 at 2:00pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 2/2/2026
- Pre-Bid 1/15/2026 at 4:00pm if you want to view the site.
- Mowery ES: Start: June 1st 2026 - Completion: July 31st 2026.
- Fairview ES: Start: June 1st 2026 - Completion: July 31st 2026
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitution Request will NOT be considered. Architect will consider requests for substitutions if received within 60 days AFTER Notice to Proceed. Requests received more than 60 days after Notice to Proceed may be considered or rejected at the sole discretion of Architect, if your product is not listed or approved do not bid.
- All RFI questions must be submitted 7days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can get clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
