DESCRIPTION: A new 18,623 sf facility for THP District 6. Project includes grading scope, site utilities & storm, paving, striping & signage, landscaping, concrete, insulated concrete panels, rebar, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, millwork, roofing, aluminum composite panels, caulking, HM frames and doors, storefront & curtainwall, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, signage, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical.
