| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the new Carlisle Middle School. The project roughly consists of a 220,000 SF new building including associated parking, drives, outdoor learning areas, and an athletic field. Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on 2/24/2026 at 1:30pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 2/23/2026 at 12:00pm.
- Pre-bid conference will be held 2/3/2026 at 1:30pm
- NTP TBD
- Substantially completed by August 01, 2028.
- Full and final completion shall be by September 29, 2028.
- There are 4 Unit Prices. Please review (012200) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- There are 7 Alternate. Please review (012300) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Site Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitution Request will Not be considered During bid period.
- All RFI questions must be submitted 7days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can get clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
