| Scope |
The HVAC units that supply air conditioning to the Bayview Café within building LF-18 are currently inoperative and have been deemed unrepairable. The two primary A/C units and their associated fan coils require full replacement. Additionally, the current configuration lacks a secure and safe work platform, which prevents NAVFAC personnel from performing required preventive maintenance and repairs. A contractor is required to replace the specified equipment and install a permanent, safe-access platform.
This is a direct awarded negotiated project as part of the VANAR EASTERN JV.
