Pequea Valley Admin Office & Fitness Center

This project consists of the renovations and new construction for Pequea Valley School District. The proposed construction work includes but is not limited to the following: Partial building demo of 1 existing school building and full demo of 1 other existing building. An addition to the partially demoed building, baseball & practice feilds at the fully demoed building. Along with other site work throughout the campus. • Our bids are due to the owner on 03/12/2026 at 2:00pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 03/11/2026 at 4:00pm.
• Pre bid meeting on 03/3/2026 at 1:00pm if you need to see the site.
• Anticipate notice to proceed is April 10, 2026.
• Substantial completion is 533 days from notice to proceed.
• The project is to be completed in phases (see 013200 page 4. Please bid accordingly.
• There are 6 Unit Prices. Please review (012200) and provide all that apply with your bid.
• There is 1 Alternate which is an add for unclassified excavation. Please review (012300) and provide all that apply with your bid.
• This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
• Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
• No pre bid substitutions please bid with listed products.
• All RFI questions must be submitted by 03/05/2026 before 4:00pm, please review documents early so we can get clarifications that may be needed. 
  
• The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
