| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the new Park Forest Middle School located in State College, PA. The project consists of a 277,000 SF new, 3-story Middle School for State College School District. For a full scope of work please see the complete project documents.

- GC bids are due to the owner on 3/24/2026 at 1:00pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 3/23/2026 at 12:00pm.
- Pre-bid conference will be held 2/26/2026 at 10:00 AM

- NTP is tentatively set for May 15, 2026 (GC work to being 9/1/26)
- Construction duration is 915 calendar days to substantial completion (Nov. 2028)
- Final completion shall be 60 calendar days later (Jan. 2029)
- There are 10 Unit Prices. Please review (012200) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- There are 8 Alternate. Please review (012300) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Sitework, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Food Service are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Federal Davis Bacon Wages & Prevailing Wages apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitution requests will not be considered during bid period.
- All RFIs must be submitted 7 days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so clarifications can be issued in a timely manner.
- The project owner and eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required/anticipated materials increases in your bid.
