Scope
-Secure construction site with orange fencing. 
-Abate the hazardous material following the abatement plan issued by ENPRO.
-Safely remove all existing roofing materials, including membrane/shingles, insulation, flashing, and old gutter systems down to the deck. 
-Replace with new corrugated roof. 
-Furnish and install new gutters.
-Remove and reinstall existing solar panels.
-Ensure solar panels are working.
