Morgan Construction Company invites you to submit pricing for your respective trade or specialty on the Miller Industries New Parking Deck, a new 314-space parking structure. The work generally includes cast-in-place concrete, precast structural concrete, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, TPO roofing, sheet metal flashing, gutters and downspouts, joint sealants, hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware, painting, signage, accessories, chain link fencing and gates, plumbing, electrical, sitework, site retaining wall, and asphalt paving.

1) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2) All Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Sprinkler subs must be licensed per State Law.
