JEM Group is competitively bidding out the Chilled Water Line Replacement Project for Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA
WAGE DETERMINATION: Federal Wage rates apply. See uploaded wage rates and include in your proposal.
ALL RFI are due no later than April 28th, 2026 by 3pm. Any RFI after that date will not be answered after that date.
Please quote on or Before Friday, May 27th by 2pm.
Buy American, Build American Act (BABAA) is required on this project.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for replacing the existing chilled water piping from the chilled water plant to a new distribution dividing the campus into north/south branches as required by drawings and specifications. Includes complete site restoration of sidewalks, parking lots, yards, seeding, landscaping and curbing.
This project shall be bid as the price to complete all interior, exterior work, installation of equipment, rental of chillers and power generators as identified in the drawings and specifications. All work shall be completed within 365 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
All employees of general contractor and subcontractors shall comply with VA security management program and obtain permission of the VA police, be identified by project and employer, and restricted from unauthorized access. See spec section 01 00 00 General Requirements for more information.
By providing this quote, Subcontractor/Supplier acknowledges that, if awarded this project, Subcontractor/Supplier will provide any requested prequalification documentation, sign the subcontract/purchase order with no revisions, adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures, and provide a Certificate of Insurance, including any and all requirements of JEM Group and the Prime Contract. Please abide by all confidentiality requirements as stated in the bid documents.
Subcontractors are required to submit all RFI's and Proposals through PreconSuite. This will ensure your bid is received. Your RFI questions, your bid and bid form tab answers can only be viewed/seen by JEM Group.
