| Scope |
The project 25-116 Reroofing on the Powell School for University of North Alabama consists of roughly 40,000 sq.ft. (+/-) of TPO roof replacement system and 28,000 sq.ft. (+/-) of TPO recover system with new gutters and downspouts.
Time of Completion: All work under this Contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy /within One-Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from written Notice To Proceed. The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) calendar days from date of Notice To Proceed.
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held at the Department of Facilities Administration and Planning UNA East Campus, 1660 Tune Ave, Florence, AL 35632, on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. All contractors who intend to submit a bid are required to attend.
