| Scope |
We are inviting subcontractors and suppliers to provide pricing for the Donegal New Field House. Turf Fields, and DAO Addition project located at 1025 Koser Road, Mount Joy PA 17552.
This project is being bid under separate prime contracts for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction, and Plumbing Construction. The work includes construction of a the following: District Admin Addition, new Field House, new Turf Baseball Field, and a new Multipurpose Turf Field. Please see documents for a full scope of work.
Key Project Info:
- GC Bids are due July 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Please have your quotes to us by July 23rd at 4:00 PM.
- A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June15th, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Questions are due 5 days prior to the bid due date. Please submit RFI's as early as possible no later than 5 days prior to bid date.
- Unit Prices - 15ea. See section 012200 (Provide all that apply with bid)
- Alternates - 26ea. See Section 012300 (Provide all that apply with bid)
- Project Duration 435 Calendar Days.
- Anticipated Notice to Proceed August 27, 2026.
- Phasing/Multiple Milestone Dates for Various Aspects of Project (Baseball Field, Multi Purpose Field, Field House, DAO Additions, etc.) Please Review Schedule and bid accordingly.
- Liquidated Damages $1,250/Day. (Tied to Milestone dates as well)
- This project is subject to PA Prevailing Wage rates, please bid accordingly. The wages are contained in 000900 Prevailing Minimum Wage Pre-Determination.
- Multiple prime contracts, we are biding the GC contract (GC, MC, EC, PC).
- No Prebid substitutions allowed, please bid with specified products.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
Please review all drawings, specifications, addenda, and existing condition reports before submitting pricing. Existing condition information includes geotechnical, utility, hazardous materials, and soil management documents that should be carefully reviewed as part of your scope evaluation.
Please provide your quotation with all applicable labor, materials, equipment, freight, supervision, testing, and closeout requirements included for your trade. Clearly identify any exclusions, qualifications, alternates, and long-lead items with your proposal.
