| Scope |
This project shall consist of selective demolition and new site construction work as required to perform the work under this contract.
Time for Completion: All work under this contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy within Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from written Notice to Proceed. The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
