We are inviting subcontractors and suppliers to provide pricing for the New Administration Building & Police Department Expansion located at 157 West Metzler Rd. Brownstown, PA.
This project is being bid under separate prime contracts for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction, Plumbing Construction. The Work inculdes a new Administration building and Renovations to an existing building. Please see the project plans and specs for a complete scope of work.
Key Project Info:
- GC Bids are due Wednesday July 29th, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Please have your quotes to us by Tuesday July 28th at 12:00 PM.
- A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday July 7th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the West Earl Township Municipal Building, 157 West Metzler Rd. Brownstown, PA 17508
- There is also a site visit scheduled on July 9th, 10 am at the project site.
- No Addenda will be issued later than Thursday, July 23rd, 2026.
- Anticipated Notice To Proceed for new administration building: On or about the week of august 31st, 2026
- Anticipated start for Police Department renovations: On or about the week of august 15, 2027
- Projection Final Completion (Including Punch List): December 31st, 2027
- Liquidated Damages: $500/Day
- This project is subject to PA Prevailing Wage rates, please bid accordingly.
- Multiple prime contracts, we are biding the GC contract. (GC, MC, EC, PC)
Please review all drawings, specifications, addenda, and existing condition reports before submitting pricing. Existing condition information includes geotechnical, utility, hazardous materials, and soil management documents that should be carefully reviewed as part of your scope evaluation.
Please provide your quotation with all applicable labor, materials, equipment, freight, supervision, testing, and closeout requirements included for your trade. Clearly identify any exclusions, qualifications, alternates, and long-lead items with your proposal.
