| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the additions and renovations of York Suburban High School in York, PA. The project generally consists of complete demolition of an existing 26,500 SF wing, new construction of approximately 47,000 SF including a new swimming pool, and renovations to the entire remaining 142,000 SF high school.
This project is HIGHLY PHASED as school will remain in session during construction. Please be sure to review the phasing drawings and provide all required mobilizations in your price.
Additional Bid Info:
- Addendum 1 has already been issued which updated the bid due date to the owner to 8/4/2026 at 2:00 PM. Please have your bid to us no later than 8/3/2026 by the end of the day.
- Start Date: September 2026
- Substantial completion: End of July, 2028. (23 Month Duration)
- Full and final completion shall be end of September 2028. (60 days for punch list)
- There are 19 Unit Prices. Please review (012200) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- There are 9 Alternates. Please review (012300) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. General Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitution requests will not be considered pre-bid.
- All RFI questions must be submitted 7 days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can request clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required material price increases in your bid as required.
