Re-roofing main building of Jackson High School.
Time For Completion: All work under this contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy within One Hundred and Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from Written Notice to Proceed. The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) calendar days from date of Notice to Procced.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held onsite at Jackson High School, 321 Stanley Dr., Jackson, AL 36454, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. All contractors who intend to submit a bid are required to attend.
