| Scope |
New load bearing CMU masonry building with brick veneer, TPO roofing system, metal deck, steel bar joist, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work as required.
Time for Completion: All work under this contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy within One Hundred and Eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from written Notice to Proceed. The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
