INVITATION TO BID - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SUBCONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the General Construction Contract for the Greencastle-Antrim School District additions and renovations, and New Field House. Please see the bid documents for a complete scope of work.
PROJECT INCLUDES THREE SEPARATE BUILDINGS
- Greencastle-Antrim High School - Additions & Renovations
- Fieldhouse at Greencastle - New Building at Campus
- Greencastle-Antrim Primary School - Addition & Alterations
- This is a combined bid for all three projects
- There are multiple drawing sets for the three buildings. Review all applicable drawings and specifications affecting your scope.
BID INFORMATION
- Our Bids are Due to the Owner on October 13th, 2026, Please have Subcontractor and Supplier Bids to us by October 12th, 2026 by 1PM
- Prebid Meeting: August 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM (If you need to see existing conditions please attend)
- Location: Ace Building Conference Room, 360 South Ridge Avenue, Greencastle, PA 17225;
- Anticipated Start: Fall 2026 / Notice to Proceed.
- Construction extends through: Summer 2028.
IMPORTANT PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
- Phased / Occupied School Construction – Review Phasing Plans and Section 011216
- Project is bidding Multi-Prime: General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
- eciConstruction is biding on the General Construction Package.
- Prevailing Wage applies;
- 11 GC Unit Prices – Review section 01 2200 and provide all applicable pricing
- 4 GC Alternates – Review section 01 2300 and provide all applicable pricing
- Include all required material escalation in your bid. The owner and eciConstruction will not pay price escalations.
RFIs / BID QUESTIONS
- Owner requires bid questions to be submitted at least 7 days prior to the bid date
- Please send questions to eciConstruction as early as possible so adequate time is available for review and submission
IMPORTANT
Do not review only one drawing package. This bid includes three separate buildings and multiple drawing disciplines. Review all drawings and specifications that may affect your work.
Please provide your complete proposal to eciConstruction no later than September 28, 2026 by 2PM.
