| Scope |
New 22,000-square-foot single-level Agricultural Shop and ROTC building. Building consists of pre-engineered structural metal frame with exterior concrete block wall construction, brick veneer, aluminum windows and aluminum storefront systems, and standing seam roof on composite deck with interior concrete block walls with paint. An interior storm shelter is included, and all required sitework, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
Time For Completion: All work under this contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy within Two Hundred and Forty (240) consecutive calendar days from written Notice to Proceed. The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
