Project scheduled to begin in November 2026 and to be completed in January 2028.
DESCRIPTION: A new 52,060 sf Publix Grocery Store with 23,772 sf of Retail Shops. Scope of work includes concrete, rebar, brick pavers, masonry, pre-cast, steel, steel erection, misc. metals, stairs & handrailing, stainless steel, millwork, rough carpentry & wood blocking, finished carpentry, hardie siding, roofing, gutters & downspouts, flashing & sheet metal, canopies & awnings, window treatments, caulking, water proofing, fluid applied membrane, EIFS/stucco, doors frames & hardware, overhead doors, storefront & windows, automatic doors, service/teller windows, wood doors, automatic traffic doors, drywall, acrovyn wall protection, acoustical ceilings, painting, vct & rubber base, carpet, ceramic tile, terrazzo flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm, security alarm, site lighting, and communications.
