| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the renovations of the Red Land High School Natatorium in Lewisberry, PA. The project generally consists of replacement of select pool equipment and renovations to the pool locker rooms and associated spaces.
Additional Bid Info:
- The bid due date to the owner is 10/8/2026 at 2:00 PM. Please have your bid to us no later than 10/7/2026 by the end of the day.
- Substitution requests must be submitted and approved via addendum prior to bid date. The deadline for these requests is 10 Days prior to the bid. DO NOT BID WITH UNSPECIFIED MATERIALS.
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Substantial completion: October 29, 2027. (12 Month Duration)
- Full and final completion shall be November 26, 2027. (30 days for punch list)
- There are 6 Unit Prices with allowances. Please review spec sections (01-22-00 & 01-21-00) for a full description. Provide all that apply with your bid.
- There is 1 Alternate. Please review (012300) for a full description.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. General Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- All RFI questions must be submitted 7 days prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can request clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required material price increases in your bid as required.
