Site work, wall construction with EIFS wall panel veneer, aluminum storefront system, paint, acoustical tile ceiling, hard tile floor, wall finishes, floor finishes, demolition. New reroofing construction, and electrical work as required.
Time For Completion: All work under this contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy within One Hundred Eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from written Notice to Proceed. The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
