Interior renovation with new fixed auditorium seating, paint finishes, acoustical tile ceiling, resilient flooring and carpet, plus electrical work as required.
Time For Completion: All work under this contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy within One Hundred Eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from written Notice to Proceed. The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
