| Scope |
This project involves the development of a modernized Public Works complex on a 71.3-acre site located at 150 Pitney Road on the Conestoga Water Treatment Plant Campus in Lancaster, PA. Commissioned by the City of Lancaster Department of Public Works, the expansion features an approximate 42,012 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal Storage/Office Warehouse (including office, wash bay, and archival space), a ~9,739 sq. ft. Salt Storage Shed, a ~14,715 sq. ft. open-sided Storage Building, and ~5,070 sq. ft. of covered material storage bays surrounding a lay-down storage yard. Delivered through a multi-prime contracting structure spanning five trade packages (General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection), the scope also encompasses site grading, stormwater management infrastructure, asphalt paving, and utility installations.
