Scope: This project rehabilitates the aging waterfront infrastructure at NCMT Berths 24-3 and 24-4 through concrete wharf reconstruction, pile repairs, utility improvements, and replacement of marine berthing components. Work includes extensive structural demolition and reconstruction, marine pile rehabilitation, utility upgrades, environmental compliance measures, and coordination with ongoing port operations to maintain terminal functionality throughout construction.
Granite is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers for ALL bid items.
