| Scope |
New Toilet Renovations and associated construction required to perform work under this contract.
Time for Completion: All work under this Contract shall be complete and ready for Owner occupancy within a phased completion schedule of consecutive calendar days from written Notice to Proceed.
Phase 1 - Coplete by May 31, 2026
Phase 2 - Complete by September 1, 2026
The work under this contract shall commence within Ten (10) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held at Chickasaw City Board of Education, 201 North Craft Highway, Chickasaw, AL 36611, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. A site visit will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. All Contractors that intend to submit a bid are required to attend.
